Budgetary mechanisms for the implementation of regional policy (based on the Carpathian region)
The thesis reveals the essence and principles of finance to regional policy, systematically structure of budgetary mechanisms for the implementation of regional policy, the possibilities of improving the efficiency of budget support mechanisms for regional development, formulated an innovative approach to the financial support of regional policy. It is proved that determining role in the financial security of regional policy belongs budgeting mechanisms.
The ways of formation of the financial support for regional policy based on potential approach, the possibilities of improving the efficiency of budget support mechanisms for regional development, formulated an innovative approach to the financial support of regional policy.
The main objectives for the financial support of regional development are: rational use their own financial resources; find effective sources of short-term and long-term financing; financial support for strategic decisions; development of the financial system in the region and improve the efficiency of financial management at the regional level.
