INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL
IN GLoBAL ECoNoMY:
METHODOLOGICAL IDENTIFICATION
The article reflects the research in conceptual issues of formation and development of intellectual capital being integrally correlated with human and social capital. The notions and categories of intellect, intellectual labor, intellectual activity, intellectual product, intellectual property, intellectual resource and intellectual potential have been generalized and identified. The structure of the intellectual capital, including human, organizational and consumer's ones has been identified. The author suggests a new macroeconomic model of «LICM» which integrates human, intellectual, social and network capital being a part of knowledge economy, intellectual economy, social and networking economies.
