TAXONOMY OF INSTITUTES OF COLLECTIVE INVESTMENT
This article deals with analysis of theoretical aspects of classification of institutes of collective investment. The genesis and factors which led to the transformation of classification approaches to the investment funds in domestic legislation are revealed. The influence of taxonomic features on the development of some types and kinds of ICI in Ukraine is determined. The necessity of legislation improvement in the issues of investment funds classification is justified.
