FACTORS OF GENESIS OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE MODEL IN UKRAINE
In this article the factors of formation and development of corporate governance model in Ukraine are analyzed. The influence of privatization and its main characteristics are determined. A comparative analysis of parameters of national model with features of Anglo-Saxon and Continental models of corporate governance is made. The dominant features of the corporate governance model that is formed in Ukraine and will determine the development of the corporate sector in the medium term are determined. The individual measures that are directed on the development of corporate sector in Ukraine’s economy are justified.
