OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT FINANCING IN THE EU
The article reveals the modern system of funding instruments for research and innovation in the EU. Author suggested a classification of financial support programmes for innovation-active companies and academic institutions in the Union. Modern trends of financial support to innovative development in the EU have been characterized. They include diversification of supranational instruments to stimulate innovation, complementary approach to funding RDI, synergies between the existing EU programs and funds.
