MODELS OF CREATIVE ECONOMY


The article analyzes models of the creative economy. It is shown that these models differ significantly in the structure of industries that include in the creative economy; a value chain of created goods; levers of influence on the economy and socio-economic development of the country. The definition and measurement of the creative economy vary significantly between countries and regions according to the structure of the industries included in this concept; a chain of created values; a lever of influence on the whole economy. Structural changes, trends in the field of culture, science, and speech must be reflected in determining the composition of the creative economy, which contribute to the emergence of new approaches and models of the creative economy. The primary models include an "idea based economy" model; sectoral model; a concentric circles model; symbolic texts model; intellectual property and copyright model; trade-related model. The positive features and limitations of these models are determined. It is concluded that the model of "concentric circles" most fully reflects the structure of the creative economy. The most comprehensive and advanced approach is to concentric circles of the creative economy. It allows you to structure the creative sector of the economy by the value of the product created by each of its components; proposes a sufficiently substantiated methodology for their measurement; can be applied as theorists and practitioners. At the same time, the dynamics of changes taking place in the field of culture, digital technologies, science and the implementation of creative approaches will necessarily generate new theoretical constructs and models of a creative economy.
