WAYS OF IMPLEMENTING EU COLLECTIVE INVESTMENT LAW IN UKRAINE
The directions of implementation of EU collective investment legislation in Ukraine are analyzed. It has been proved that in the case of the implementation of European rules, only UCITS regulate the rules for the overwhelming majority of CIIs to differ significantly from EU legislation. A comparative analysis of the legislation on collective investment institutions with EU norms on UCITS has been conducted. Proposals for the improvement of Ukrainian legislation have been developed, which will allow to effectively implement EU legislation on collective investment institutes.
